Orockseal will not store your payment information locally on their website/domain. Only the payment providers on the platform may store the information (if the user has already done so, or requests for them to be saved).

- Bank Transfer/wiretransfer (information is stored on each respective parties bank and not online on Orockseal)

- collect information about you from our website in order to correlate purchases with a payment ID, so accompanying information may be gathered from them to confirm the right order is tied to the right ID
- Marketing providers-
- WordPress has its own internal marketing emails which provide details such as order updates, confirmation of payment etc.
- we utilise Omnisend, for marketing, promotional, update emails (such as back in stock notification email), and various others. If you opt in for marketing and news your details shared with Omnisend is protected under their Data Processing Policy.
- Interacting with the website -
- visiting and interacting with the website along with making orders or contacting/signing up will share that specific information with marketing platforms we utilise for communications to you, along with other technologies like pixels, and other web-hooks and data collection.
